Poornima founded Design Orb in 2009 with a view to create a studio that amalgamates the rigour of strategic thinking with the magic of creative expression. She brings to the table a unique process of systems thinking that finds reflection in her work on large-scale corporate identity projects, packaging, signage and way-finding as well as design for print and electronic media. Poornima is an alumna of the National Institute of Design with over 2 decades of experience in the realm of strategic brand design. Prior to setting up Design Orb, she has worked in the capacity of Design Director at Ray+Keshavan | The Brand Union, Bangalore, on some of the largest corporate brands in this country which include the Tata Group, Reliance ADAG, Bank of Baroda, L&T Infotech, Airtel etc., to name a few.

Prathish is the founder and Chief Business Architect at Trancend Brand Consulting, a leading strategic brand & business advisory firm at Bangalore. He is a passionate brand advocate who believes in creating challenger brands for business growth. He has over fifteen years’ experience of building challenger brands across many sectors including FMCG, financial services, consumer durables, hospitality, e-commerce and many more. Before Trancend Brand Consulting, Prathish was the head of client development at Ray+Keshavan | The Brand Union, South Asia & India. He graduated from School of Management, Pondicherry University with a master’s degree in Marketing Management and has attended the “Building innovative brands” executive program by Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He currently serves as an Advisor to the Mediterranean Tourism Foundation in Malta. When not travelling on business, Prathish loves to experiment mixing different cuisines & recipes, or discussing the merits of an innovative idea that can improve the quality of life & business with his friends.
With close to two decades of total work experience, Zenobia has consulted extensively across a number of sectors. She founded Escape Velocity, a boutique consulting firm focused on business strategy development and marketing, in 2009. She has advised MNCs as well as large Indian corporate groups and mid-size firms on entry strategy, growth strategy, branding and communication, and supported the successful implementation of plans developed. Her work spans across diverse industries such as FMCG, Health & Wellness, Home improvement, Education, Water management, Chemicals etc. Prior to Escape Velocity, Zenobia worked with The Monitor Group and Momentum Strategy ; She began her career in a line role in Johnson & Johnson India in Sales and Marketing. Zenobia is one of the founder members of TREES (Training Resources for Enabling Enterprises Society), a group of people from diverse corporate backgrounds that contribute part of their time towards equipping rural micro-entrepreneurs with appropriate business skills in order to help them run successful businesses. She is also the co-owner of the Sales & Marketing module of these programs. She is a Director on the Board of the IITB Alumni Association. Zenobia has an MBA from IIM Bangalore and an M.Sc. from IIT Bombay.
